HVAC isn’t just a trade to me and my team-it’s our passion. After spending over 25 years in the industry, managing and operating service departments for a large HVAC company, I decided it was time to build something of my own-right here in the community I care about.
That’s how Blue Dot was born.

Juan has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. He began his career as a field technician, servicing both new and existing homes. Over time, he moved into management, leading service departments at a large HVAC company in San Antonio. After years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Juan decided it was time to start something of his own – doing repairs that stand the test of time, getting your money’s worth, changing the ac industry one tech at a time.
Norma brings a unique blend of experience to the team. Before joining the Blue Dot, she worked in Human Resources at a large HVAC and plumbing business in San Antonio and also as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Norma applies her 15+ years of HR expertise to carefully vet and support knowledgeable, skilled technicians and service staff. Her background in real estate also helps her connect with customers, offering a well-rounded understanding of their needs and concerns throughout the process. With a strong foundation in people and operations, Norma now oversees customer service, scheduling, and the day-to-day details that keep Blue Dot running smoothly. She’s proud to be part of a business built on honesty, care, and doing right by the community.
Erika previously spent over seven years of experience as a classroom teacher and head athletic coach, both at a middle and high school level, where she developed robust leadership and teamwork skills. Currently, she plays a key role in HR and marketing, recognized for her positive demeanor, professionalism, and readiness to provide support wherever needed. Erika contributes novel ideas and a forward-thinking mindset, facilitating Blue Dot’s growth while upholding its core principles.
Before joining Blue Dot in July 2024, Kristin was a teacher at Stone Oak Elementary. She is fluent in Spanish and English and holds a Master’s degree in digital marketing. She chose to join Blue Dot for its dedicated hard working team and strong values—honesty, integrity, and care for the community. Kristin oversees estimates, ordering, special projects and leads Blue Dot into the future by improving internal processes, strengthening quality control and supporting customers every step of the way. She’s proud to be part of a growing company that puts people first.
Brent is a HVAC Technician who recently celebrated two years with Blue Dot. He’s probably the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! Passionate about the HVAC trade, Brent takes the time to help customers understand their systems and feel confident in their options.
Danney is a Lead Installer and Service Technician with five years of hands-on HVAC experience. He grew up learning the trade alongside his grandfather, which gave him a strong foundation and a passion for the industry. Danney brings technical skill, reliability, and a commitment to quality to every job he takes on at Blue Dot.
Ralph is an HVAC Technician with over three years of experience in the industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and technical skill to Blue Dot. Ralph stands out for his professionalism, punctuality, strong work ethic, Eagerness to grow, and the respectful, thoughtful presence he brings to every conversation.
Luke is an hvac apprentice at blue dot, eagerness to learn the technical ins and outs of the trade. he brings curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude to every job. as part of the next generation
Zane is an HVAC apprentice who brings energy and curiosity to every project. He’s eager to develop his skills and support Blue Dot’s commitment to honest, quality service. Zane grew up in the hvac trade, following in his father’s footsteps.
