A maintenance checkup is for systems that are currently working just fine. It’s preventive—like a routine check-up for your AC or heater to make sure everything is running efficiently.
A repair service is for systems that aren’t working properly. If something’s wrong, we’ll diagnose the issue and recommend a fix.

A service visit for a repair (diagnostic fee) is $85.
If you join our VIP Maintenance Plan during the visit, we’ll waive the fee. VIP members never pay a diagnostic fee.
